The breakfast offered a great variety of dishes to choose from and was very satisfying. the comfortable bed and sensible placement of the air conditioning made the room pleasant to stay in during our city trip. The helpfulness of the staff, especially the young doorman, was a big plus.

The bathroom and shower cabin had a very unpleasant smell due to a lack of ventilation, which detracted from the overall experience. The towels were also old and in dire need of replacement.

I found a hair in my soup during breakfast, but the hotel promptly replaced it and even sent a complimentary basket of fruits to my room. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the room was spacious and clean. The hotel is also conveniently located near Heykel Medan, which is just a 15-minute walk away. I had a wonderful experience at Grand Bursa Hotel and would definitely recommend it.
